Verified Amazing 3D2N experience - Top tier service. Fun activities. Fantastic food. Absolutely loved the 3D2N experience at Capella. Everything was seamless and luxurious from start to finish. Pick up and drop off from Hanoi was stress free; all the activities on board were arranged like clockwork; with lots of time to relax in between Highlights for me: - The crew's friendliness: Their service was absolutely amazing. In particular, Gin and Chris were our guides/main points of contacts and they were so friendly, approachable, and taught us a lot about vietnam. - The food: I wasn't expecting it to be so good!! It was either a 5* buffet style meal or a 5 course served meal - Activities: Loved cycling on Cat Ba island, swimming at 3 point beach, kayaking to see caves Would recommend to anyone interested in visiting Ha Long Bay !Verified Don’t miss the Capella!! What a fantastic experience From the minute we boarded the boat it was beautiful Our rooms were great each with there own balcony and chairs to sit on and watch the world go by The staff were vey helpful and extremely nice There were many and varied things to do A cooking class, Thai chi, squid fishing, Slippery slide into the water,Kayaking, Cave visiting, Tea making ceremony and many more We had a great night and they sit your group together Most of the meals were buffet style with so much great food to eat Thoroughly enjoyed thisVerified Awesome luxurious cruise with a great crew! My wife and I spent 3 days and 2 nights on the Capella cruise in Halong Bay, Vietnam in March ‘25. Capella was an outstanding experience, with luxury clean room cabins, fantastic dining, great public spaces, a varied and interesting itinerary, and absolutely delightful crew! To a person, they were helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable people, with very good English skills. Rooms were very clean, spacious and luxurious, especially the awesome Owners Suite which we had a chance to visit. They have a very nice bar and lounge, and several open or under cover deck spaces, one with a pool and hot tub. They also have a blow-up slide, which a few folks (including my wife) had fun with despite the cool-ish 72F/22C weather. The cruise staff standouts are Gin, JoJo, Chris and Tele, but literally everyone is the most welcoming and lovely humans. Boat is gorgeous as are the rooms. Bed was super comfy. Food AMAZING. Great selection of wines and happy hour was awesome. I went with 4 other friends and we all say that this was the best part of our trip stops. I would come back again! They’re launching Capella II (slightly larger and brand new in 3 months) and I would stay there to check it out, but would come back to Capella in a heartbeat. Day trips were so well organized (actually everything was SO WELL ORGANIZED & FLAWLESS)! I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars. SUPERB and PERFECT. Don’t hesitate to book! Wish I could have stayed longer!
