Every detail of it is absolutely perfect. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable, the food and drinks are great, the views from the boat are incredible. My colleagues and I just had an incredible trip on the Lyra Grandeur Cruise. Our first impression upon stepping aboard was the sheer luxury of the space. The neoclassical architecture is incredibly "artsy" and sophisticated—honestly, every corner serves as a perfect backdrop for team check-ins and photos. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured private balconies. Opening the curtains in the early morning to a panoramic view of the emerald waters was an indescribable "chill" moment. As for the dining experience, we were all nodding in approval. The menu is exceptionally diverse; everything from the bay’s signature fresh seafood to Western dishes was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Whether it was the buffet spreads or the dinner set menus, our whole group left the table stuffed but still craving more. One thing we really appreciated was the well-paced itinerary—we never felt rushed or exhausted. In the evening, we joined the squid fishing and a cooking class. Even though our culinary skills were a bit "clumsy," the laughter never stopped.Posted on TripadvisorVerified The best experience on halong bay We had a great 2-day, 1-night experience on Lyra Cruise. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. Our suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a stunning private terrace view. The honeymoon decoration was a very nice touch. The activities were fun, especially the water slide into the sea, which was a highlight. The food was also very good, and we appreciated that halal options were available. Overall, a very well-organized and relaxing experience. Every staff member was polite and very helpful. The food was excellent. The rooms were spotless and the mattresses pillows and linens very high-quality. My travel partner was vegan and they made sure she had many selections to choose from for all of her meals. We particularly enjoyed the staff member Tailyr for his cooking demonstration and the bike ride tour.
